
Susan Ross, M.D. received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at Adelphi University in Long Island, New York in 1980 where she graduated Cum Laude and was a recipient of a full four-year Dean’s Academic Scholarship.
Dr. Ross received her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1985 at De La Salle University College of Medicine where she graduated in the top 30th percentile of her class.
Dr. Ross did her internship at Harbor Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland, where she was named Intern of the Year. She did her internal medicine residency training at Washington Hospital Center and her medical oncology fellowship at the University Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She is board certified in Medical Oncology.
Dr. Ross has been practicing in the Haines City/Davenport area since 1992. She is a member of the International Oncology Network, the largest network of private practicing medical oncologists in America.
Dr. Ross treats here patients by utilizing the newest standard chemotherapy treatment protocols and only FDA approved chemotherapy drugs. She has offices in Lake Wales and Davenport, as well as privileges at Celebration Health Hospitial, Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center and Lake Wales Hospital.
