Dr. H Brian Balfour was born and raised in Albany, GA and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from Georgia Tech. He then earned the Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed a Rotating OB/GYN Internship at the University of Miami (FL) Hospitals and Clinics. He completed the Residency in Therapeutic Radiology at the University of Miami (FL) Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Balfour served as a Radiation Oncologist in the US Air Force at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center at Lackland AFB, TX.

Dr. Balfour became Board Certified by the American Board of radiology (Therapeutic Radiology) in 1975 and electively recertified in radiation oncology in 2000.

Dr. Balfour has been in the community practice of Radiation Oncology since completing his military obligation.

He strives to provide the most up to date advanced treatment utilizing state of the art technology, while providing compassionate care to the patients who have been entrusted to him. He has offices in Lake Wales and Davenport.
